About the Founder

 

 

Mitchell Holdings Group Inc. was founded by Damien Mitchell, a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran and multi-business entrepreneur dedicated to building companies that create stability, opportunity, and generational wealth. With experience in real estate, property management, supportive living, and home services, Damien brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership.


His service in the Marine Corps shaped his values of integrity, discipline, and perseverance—principles that now guide the entire Mitchell Holdings portfolio. Damien’s vision is straightforward: build a strong, diversified network of businesses that uplift communities, support families, and leave a lasting legacy for future generations.
